Spotlighting what to look forward to this year at the So-Cal theme park!
Knott’s Berry Farm is the perfect family destination no matter the time of year! Whether it’s NYE, the Boysenberry Festival or Knott’s Scary Farm–there’s always an amazing offering that families of all ages can take part in.
Here are 5 reasons to visit in 2018!
Boysenberry Fest
Each Spring, Knott’s three-week food festival features 80 boysenberry inspired dishes, drinks and more. There’s a wine and craft brew tasting garden, live entertainment and family activities to learn about the Berry’s history throughout the park. We love trying all the baked good and the Boysenberry meatballs are the best!
Summer
Knott’s Soak City is one of the few water parks left in Southern California! A visit to the water park is a summer must to keep cool in the heat. Soak City features seven new water slides! Over at Knott’s Berry Farm the park is open for a great summer day while the kids are on vacation. Don’t miss the Fourth of July fireworks and celebrations either!!
Scary Farm
When the fog rolls in, the monsters come out to play. Knott’s Scary Farm is one of the most expansive haunts on the West Coast with plenty of thrilling mazes to choose from and of course haunters to chase you. It’s also home to one of the best haunt offerings with their Special Ops: Infected maze where you get to actually go around shooting zombies! During the day, Knott’s Spooky Farm over at Camp Spooky is tamer and a kid-friendly option to dress-up and trick-or-treat at for the little ones.
Merry Farm
For the holidays, the theme park gets taken over by jolly spirits for their Christmas celebration. Check out Snoopy and the Peanuts gang in their own ice show or you can watch a Christmas Carol and even meet Santa. Their holiday bazaars highlight holiday traditions from around the world with delicious treats, live music and entertainment too! We love their hot cocoa and always make a stop at Mrs. Knott’s Fried Chicken restaurant for dinner. There’s even a fantastic Christmas Craft fair for fun festive activities you can make with loved ones to take home with you and create the merriest of memories.
New Year’s Eve
The countdown to the New Year is on! With parties filled with DJ’s spinning crowd favorites, rides going till late and a midnight fireworks spectacular–families can celebrate with these amazing choices. Knott’s Berry Farm hosts one of LA’s few major NYE offerings in a family friendly environment.
