The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part Giveaway

The much-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed, global box office phenomenon that started it all, The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part arrives on 4K UHD Combo Pack, Blu-Ray Combo Pack, DVD Special Edition and Digital.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part reunites the heroes of Bricksburg in an all new action-packed adventure to save their beloved city. Five years have passed and the citizens now face a huge threat by invaders from outer space. LEGO DUPLO are wreaking the city faster than it can be rebuilt. The battle to defeat the invaders and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a galaxy filled with fantastic planets, strange characters and catchy new songs. It will test their courage, creativity and Master Building skills, and reveal just how special they are.

Nick Offerman (Fargo, TV’s Parks and Recreation) as MetalBeard
Charlie Day (Horrible Bosses, TV’s It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia) as Benny

Joining them in this sequel are new characters:
Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip, Keanu) as Queen Watevra Wa’Nabi
Stephanie Beatriz (Short Term 12, TV’s Brooklyn-Nine-Nine) as General Mayhem
Maya Rudolph (Bridesmaids, Netflix Big Mouth) as Mom

Directed by Mike Mitchell (Shrek Ever After, Trolls, Sky High) with music composed by Mark Mothersbaugh of the music group, DEVO.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will be available on 4K UHD Combo Pack for $44.95, Blu-Ray Combo Pack for $35.99 and DVD Special Edition for $28.98 on May 7th. The 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray disk of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will feature a Dolby Atmos soundtrack remixed specifically for the home theater environment to place and move audio anywhere in the room, including overhead. to experience Dolby Atmos at home, a Dolby Atmos enabled AV receiver and additional speakers are required, or a Dolby Atmos enabled sound bar. Dolby Atmos soundtracks are also fully backward compatible with traditional audio configurations and legacy home entertainment equipment.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is also available on Digital, via Movies Anywhere, beginning April 16th. Using the free Movies Anywhere app and website, consumers can access all their eligible movies by connecting their Movies Anywhere account with their participating digital retailer accounts. Digital retailers such as, Amazon, FandangoNow, iTunes, PlayStation, Vudu, Xbox and others will also be available to own The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part in high and standard definition on April 16th. Then it will be made for available for digital on Video On Demand services from cable and satellite providers and on select gaming consoles on May 7th.

If you liked the first LEGO Movie and the LEGO Batman Movie, then you will definitely like this sequel. Not only is the regular LEGO and DUPLO line included in the movie, but the Juniors line has been added. Part of the storyline features some catchy pop music, like the song Everything Is Awesome too. One of the favorite things I liked were the raptors in this movie. I can’t wait to see some of the bonus content on the DVD.
