Universal Studios Hollywood is calling on you to visit their newest ride, Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash! This adorable ride is located at the corner of Minion Way and Pet Place (upper lot) where guests are invited into Katie’s NYC apartment and visit with characters Max, Snowball, Gidget, Chloe and Duke!
I received a behind-the-scenes peek at Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash! in March of 2020 by Universal Creative’s senior director and executive producer John Cortino! It was so cool to finally see the attraction as a rider! The ride combines 64 animated figures that look just like their animated counterparts. They are some of the coolest animatronics I’ve seen.
After walking through Katie’s apartment, guests aka “lost puppies” step-into a moving cardboard box for a pawtastic adventure and watch as the secret life gang get themselves in and out of an explosive situation.
