This is the best banana bread I have ever had. My sister’s mother-in-law shared this recipe with me and I’m lucky to have it! She is an amazing cook. It is easy to make and your kids will love helping and eating!
Ingredients:
- 3-4 ripe or over ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl mash milk and bananas. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Then mix butter and sugar beat in eggs and vanilla and slowly mix in the flour mixture. Next add the milk and banana mixture. Mix it all together until smooth. Pour into a nonstick 9 inch loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Enjoy =)

Thanks so much for this recipe. My 4 year old loves bananas and I was looking for a banana bread receipe
We are HUGE BNB fans in our house. My favorite thing is top top with a struesel like crumbly topping. They make incredible muffins like this. My recipe comes from the Fanny Farmer cookbook.
