The El Capitan Theatre is going old school! To help celebrate Throwback Month, The El Capitan Theatre will host a special engagement of Disney classic motion pictures that were voted and selected by cast members. This engagement will include a Special Throwback Month pricing of $10 for all ages. It also includes a reserved seat, a small popcorn, and a small drink.
This is an opportunity to see some of your favorite classics on the big screen or see them for the first time with your family. There isn’t a better place to see a Disney film than El Capitan. The theater is beautiful and moviegoers are offered a unique experience with pre-shows, movie memorabilia, and cute photo backdrops.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit opened Throw Back Month at El Capitan. Can you believe this would be my first time seeing the film? I was really excited to see it with my daughter! The audience was treated to a Q&A with special guests Tom Sito, Irene Parkins, Andreas Deja and Nik Ranieri. The four worked as animators on the film and spoke about the challenges of the film.
