We attended the fun premiere of LD Entertainment’s Dog Days over the weekend. I am grateful to see how much love the dogs received in this film through the message of rescuing and adoption. I felt Dog Day was entertaining, inspirational and brings light to dogs who need homes. “Dog Days” is filled with laughter, some tears, super adorable moments and reflects the love we have for our families which for many, includes dogs.
The premiere was a celebration of the film and our four legged friends! Michelson Found Animals Adopt & Shop were at the premiere showing off some of their beautiful pets available for adoption. Spaghetti and Ravioli (the rescue believes they are siblings) were playful and so good with the guests. My daughter is pictured here with Ravioli. Ravioli seems extremely comfortable around kids! All the dogs were sweet. My daughter was in absolute heaven. Visit the Michelson Found Animals Adopt and Shop locations in Culver City and Lakewood if you are considering adoption gone of their dogs. They offer pet rescues, grooming and more. All of their dogs come from shelters.
One absolute accessory for a dog is a name tag! I also advocate getting your dog chipped, too! My Family Tags of Love were on hand gifting guests dog name tags. What an awesome gift!
The Dog Days stars and filmmakers mingled with guests and spoke with news outlets on the carpet. Thank you to everyone who stopped for a photo! Guests also nibbled on some tasty grub, sweet treats and stayed hydrated on this warm day!
The premiere was at the Westfield Century Mall and the red carpet footage was broadcast on their large screens throughout the mall. After the party, we made our way to the comfy and cool AMC theater. It’s always a treat to be in the same theater with the people who create and work so hard on these projects. There’s always so much energy in the air! Dog Days film director Ken Marino spoke to attendees and shared why he wanted to make the film. He said he wanted to make a movie that made people feel good. I think he achieved his goal. I wanted to give the movie a hug at the end. Bravo!
DOG DAYS IS IN THEATERS AUGUST 8th.
Thanks to LD Entertainment for inviting us!
