Valentine’s Day is February 14th! Make festive hair accessories for your little girl to wear this Sweetheart’s Day.
Step 1: Buy hair bows and headbands (I bought mine on sale at The Children’s Place for about $2 a piece.)
Step 2: Pick up some Valentine’s Candy. I chose classic NECCO Sweethearts, but cinnamon red hot hearts could be cute too. Use your imagination in the candy aisle.
Step 3: Use a hot glue gun to attach the candy to the hair accessories. Using bows with layers of tulle and lighter weight candies gives the best effect.
Step 4: Prepare for oohs and ahhs over your festive, original hair bows and munch on those extra candies as your prize for being so creative & thrify.
That’s IT Mommy Jill

What a fun craft project! Too bad I have grandsons. Maybe I can make them bow-ties?!
Cute idea!
These are super cute. I may have to borrow my nieces for a day to try these out with them.
This is SO CUTE! I love the pink bow with the conversation hearts on them. I bought two valentine’s day bows on Etsy for Miranda. They are for newborn/infant but her head is so small I have to take it in a bit.
Super cute!
Oh these are adorable!!! I need to try them!
