Now has come the time to eat, breathe, and sleep these two hashtags: #intothewoodsevent and #abcfamilyevent. This week, my blogging life will be overtaken by Disney’s upcoming film Into The Woods as well as some of the fantastic ABC Family television programs from Wednesday Dec. 17 to Friday Dec. 19. I’m tickled pink!! I’ve been counting down the days!
I get to attend a screening of Into The Woods (in theaters December 25) this week at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater which is the official “Academy” theatre. What does that mean? I’ll be in the same room with all of the academy award voters! Following the screening there will be a Q&A with the Into The Woods cast and filmmakers!! WHAT?? Could it get any better? YES and it does. Not only do we see the cast that evening but we will also have a private group interview the following day with Meryl Streep (“The Witch”), Tracey Ullman (“Jack’s Mother”) and Christine Baranski (Cinderella’s Stepmother) as well as James Corden (“The Baker”), Emily Blunt (“The Baker’s Wife”), Anna Kendrick (“Cinderella”), Director Rob Marshall AND Costume Designer Colleen Atwood. AMAZING! What an honor it will be to sit in the same room with legendary Meryl Streep and the talented, funny Tracey Ullman!
Ok, let me regain my composure…
Next up on the agenda, the stars of ABC Family’s hit shows Melissa & Joey and Baby Daddy will be meeting with us on their respective sets for a Q&A. Melissa & Joey returns on Wednesday, 1/14 at 8:00pm/8:00c and stars Melissa Joan Hart (“Melissa Burke”) and Joey Lawrence (“Joe Longo”). We even get to observe some of their rehearsal time.
If you’ve been wondering when Baby Daddy is back, tune in on Wednesday, 1/14 at 8:30pm/7:30c. I will be meeting with stars, Jean-Luc Bilodeau (“Ben Wheeler”), Tahj Mowry (“Tucker Dobbs”) Derek Theler (“Danny Wheeler”), Chelsea Kane (“Riley Perrin”) and Melissa Peterman (“Bonnie Wheeler”) for some Baby Daddy Talk!

Last and CERTAINLY not least, we will have a Q&A and demonstration with Legendary Disney Animator Flloyd Norman who worked on the Disney animated classic 101 Dalmations! We’ll be celebrating the release of 101 Dalmations Diamond Edition Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Release which happens on February 10!
