“Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel” comes to life where the “Phineas and Ferb Waffle-inator Challenge,” lets D23 fans try to free Agent P from the clutches of the dastardly Dr. Doofenshmirtz!
The madcap Dr. Doofenshmirtz attempts to take over Disney’s D23 Expo, along with the Tri-State Area from Friday, Aug. 9 through Sunday, Aug., 11. As seen in the highly-anticipated episode, “Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel,” this silly, animated invention comes to life thanks to Dr. Doofenschmirtz’s “Waffle-inator Challenge.” Tweens, kids and families can climb aboard the spectacular, 40-foot high interactive, “Phineas and Ferb Waffle-inator Challenge.” It’s a zany wit against willpower to outmaneuver the fiendish Dr. Doof! Pick one-of-four, full-scale “Waffle-inators” to man and release foam waffles, to help Phineas and Ferb rise up the tower and save Agent P from the clutches of Dr. Doofenschmirtz. Look for the “Waffle-inator Challenge” in the Grand Plaza near the D23 Expo entrance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Radio Disney personalities Ernie D, Morgan & Maddy, Jake and Candice will also keep crowds rocking with music, entertainment, games, and prizes.
To help celebrate “Mission Marvel” mania, meet Marvel Universe stars Adrian Pasdar (Iron Man), Drake Bell (Spider-Man), Fred Tatasciore (Hulk), Roger Craig Smith (Thor), Bumper Robinson (Falcon) and Laura Bailey (Black Widow) at the Disney Channel Pavilion on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel,” premieres Friday, Aug. 16 (8 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel, and again Sunday, Aug. 25 (10 a.m. ET/PT) on Disney XD. In this epic episode of good vs. evil, Dr. Doofenschmirtz and the Marvel Super Villains have waged war against Phineas and Ferb, who’ve joined forces with the Marvel Super Heroes.
