My family is a huge fan of PBS Kids. It’s are primary destination for educational entertainment for our kids. We are also regular users of their online world at pbskids.org and pbskidsplay.org, as well as frequent players of their apps on our iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. We recently took the opportunity to review their Little Pim French language app. We’ve been regular users of their Spanish app, and my daughter has demonstrated a love for foreign language that we try to encourage at every opportunity. True to PBS Kids fashion, the Little Pim French app keeps my daughter entertained and I appreciate that it provides her with exposure to another foreign languages as well.
This app offers many activities that introduces your child to words associated with food, playtime and the morning routine. Repetition is key and is a mode this app uses to introduce new words or phrases. My daughter enjoyed learning the bit of French that this app introduced and plays it again and again.
Check out our video of the app in action:
BUY IT: You can purchase the Little Pim French app through iTunes or the App store for $2.99.
