Strollers are a staple item in every family’s life. Our stroller was part of a travel system that was given to us when Teagan was born. I have to say that I loved that stroller and so did Teagan. But it finally came time to part ways when the stroller became too bulky and heavy for our busy lifestyle. We needed something lightweight, compact and that looked cool. Teagan is at an age where she still naps and her little legs still get tired. Plus, it’s nice to put her in a stroller when I need to get somewhere pronto.
So, my research of strollers began. That’s when a coworker of my husband gave us a fairly new umbrella stroller. I won’t mention brands but it was the absolute worst. It squeaked in the most annoying manner. My daughter was awkwardly tall in it and her feet dragged. I hated the way the stroller folded. I was out at the zoo one day and I began to look at the strollers that wheeled by us. That’s when I spotted Maclaren strollers. They seemed to be popular with parents that 
had toddlers–just what I was looking for.
Maclaren is a British company who makes “buggies”. I contacted Maclaren and they generously sent us the Triumph stroller for review. We received the stroller in Majesty (purple) and I am in love with the bold color. The stroller came ready right out of the box and at only 11.5 lbs. it was easy to move around. But will this “buggy” pass That’s It Mommy’s inspection? I gave the preliminary once over, released the foot brake and gave the stroller a push.
The Maclaren Triumph stroller is suitable for children 3 months and those up to 55 lbs. It is equipped with a 5 point harness system that adds a greatly level of safety when securing infants. Heather, one of the moms on my team, tried out the stroller with her 8 month old son and he soundly fit. I used the 3 point belt strap with Teagan. I did struggle with the straps at first but got used to it after a few tries. The stroller also comes with a rain cover and the hood is waterproof which is a nice feature. The fabric is easy to clean, too. Teagan got peanut butter on the hood the first day we used it outdoors. I wiped the area off with water and dish washing detergent and viola! The peanut butter was gone.
My husband loves the curved shape of the handles. He is 6’ 3” and the Triumph is the perfect height for him. I’m 5’ 3” and the build of the stroller also accommodates my smaller frame. My husband commented on how effortless it was to push it around. We’ve used it on different pavements and so far the ride seems comfortable for my daughter. The stroller folds easily and takes up minimal space in my trunk.
I’m very pleased with this stroller’s ease, handling and comfort. I love the waterproof hood!
I do wish that the basket were a little bigger. I am used to a larger basket size but most umbrella strollers are scaled down with smaller baskets. This actually made me pack lighter than usual for an outing (a great thing!). Another feature I miss from my old stroller is the cup holders. But a friend of mine suggested buying an organizer. Maclaren does have a universal organizer so I’m going to invest in one.
Teagan commented on how comfortable she is in the Maclaren Triumph Stroller and we can tell she has plenty of room to lounge. I can see this stroller being comfortable for taller children. There’s definitely a lot of headroom. The chair reclines and the hood is a suitable size. There were times where the hood didn’t cover Teagan as much as I would’ve liked. So you’ll still need sunglasses and sun block for that extra protection. I’m very pleased with this stroller’s ease, handling and comfort. We also fell in love with the vibrant color. Another one of my favorite Maclaren products is the Cabine Crib because it is so modern and simple looking. It would be great in a nursery. I’d love to win this stroller for my SIL. She is expecting her first child in February and is need of a light weight stroller. The strollers that we have looked at in the stores are very bulky. Thanks for the chance.

Another Maclaren product I would love to have is the Cabine Crib, this is so my style!
I would love to win this stroller because we travel a ton and I feel for the airport this would be a wonderful stroller! I also love the fact that unlike cheaper umbrella strollers it has a 5 point harness system.

I really like the Triumph and the Quest. I think they are great lightweight strollers that are easy to fold up and carry.
I would really like to win the Triumph for my coming child. I think having this durable umbrella stroller will add a lot of convenience when transporting the baby around the city, especially on the bus and subway.

The Techno Carrier looks interesting. I want to win the stroller because I am not working right now and on a fixed income buying solid baby gear is difficult. Plus 11.5lbs is light enough for me to lug and and out of the car.

The Juicy Toy Buggy for kids to put their babies in is just too cute.
I am entering to win to help out a friend. He was electrocuted at work three days ago and had to have both hands removed the next day three inches up his arm. He has a young wife and three small kids. With this happening so close to the holidays I want to help out any way I can. I am entering to win everything I can and then will buy them whatever else they need. I am also going to make care packages for them with the samples I have collected and make meals for them to freeze. It’s a sad situation and he is a very good friend so we are doing everything we can.

The other Maclaren product I love is there Techno XLT Stroller. I LOVE the fact that is takes a car seat. There are so many occasions I have a sleepy baby in a car seat that I need to transport. I could totally use this stroller because right now I have a double jogger in my trunk and often times my 3 year old wants to walk, so I’m left pushing a double wide 1/2 full. It would be awesome to have a reliable amazingly stylish umbrella on standby.

I like the Twin Triumph Double Stroller. I’d like to win the stroller in the giveaway because my in-laws have their granddaughter’s gorgeous little guy a lot, but they don’t have a stroller. That means when they’re with us, which is happily quite a bit, I let them use my stroller because my 3-yr. old is better able to walk than their little guy who is just 1.
