In Alex Woo’s *In Your Dreams*, siblings Stevie and Elliot stumble upon an enchanting book titled *The Legend of the Sandman*, and their lives transform in an instant. While getting ready for bedtime, Elliot’s bed becomes a magical sled, launching the siblings into the skies and into a whimsical dream realm.
Their adventure begins when they reunite with Baloney Tony, Elliot’s long-lost, dusty plush giraffe who was stuck underneath a fridge. Stevie, the classic older sister, confesses that she was the one who hid Baloney Tony, irritated by her younger brother’s playful antics. Baloney Tony brings laughter to the scene, shimmering in a coat of golden dust that has built up over time. Stevie wants to move on because she has a mission-to make her dream come true—bringing her family back together.
I was lucky enough to catch a preview with 12 minutes of footage that left me craving more, offering glimpses beyond the teaser trailer. The character design is fantastic and I am obsessed with the storyline And as a family of giraffe enthusiasts, we absolutely adore Baloney Tony’s sassy personality! My daughter and I were both cracking up watching the clips. In Your Dream looks like the a perfect family treat.
