“Find your way to Oz” is Google’s latest Chrome Experiment. Google partnered with Disney to offer Chrome users a dynamic experience enriched with cutting edge technology. Obviously, Disney are masters at story telling but it’s amazing how a story can be told through a web browser. Developers Unit9 have created a stunning and intense Chrome Experiment for web users. The visuals within the browser space are inspired by the upcoming film Oz The Great and Powerful.
The journey starts at a dusty Kansas circus. You can travel from tent to tent and create tunes in the Music Box or turn on your web cam and slide into the Photo Booth and head to Pictures In Motion as your movies come alive in the Zeoetrope. Then navigate your way through an intense tornado! Surviving users will then be treated to an exclusive clip from the highly anticipated film Oz The Great and Powerful. I experienced all the features and I’m proud to say that I found my way through Oz!
Chrome will take you to the Yellow Brick Road on your computer, tablet or smarthphone. Find Your Way To Oz is the perfect segue to the March 8 release of Oz the Great and Powerful! See you in OZ!
