2011 Holiday Fantasy of Lights at Tradewinds Park
Friday, November 18 through Sunday, January 2, 2011
Open Nightly 6-10 PM
Show is open on Christmas Day
Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, FL is home to an annual fantasy of color, lights and design throughout the holiday season. This amazing drive-through holiday lighting event is generously funded through the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Family Center, Life Publications and Brandano Displays.
The 17th edition of the Holiday Fantasy of Lights, consists of a three mile route of giant animated holiday displays and illuminated tree. The displays range gingerbread houses to flying reindeer to moving carousels; all created by Brandano Displays, Inc. This event attracts over 150,000 visitors of all ages in 35,000 cars, trucks, motor homes and buses!
Also, back by popular demand is the Fantasy of Lights in 3-D! If you already have 3-D glasses, feel free to bring them along, or the volunteers working will have 3-D glasses available for purchase at the entry of the drive-through. We brought our own and passed them around the car – there were pretty cool effects, the lights were super sparkly, but I wouldn’t worry about forking out extra cash if you don’t have any. The ride is beautiful.
*You are NOT allowed to get out of your car along the route, as there is a constant procession driving through. People do follow this rule well.
*You are supposed to keep driving the entire time, but you can go really, really slowly, so you definitely have plenty of time to check out all the lights.

Those lights are amazing. I wish that I live near in that area so that I can visit those lights. I know that it will look more amazing in person.
