In our review, we called “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” an emotionally gripping piece that was much about grief as it was a celebration of life and finding the way to move on after tragedy. Shuri (Letitia Wright) and Namor (Tenoch Huerta Mejía) were our guides to that journey, but taking radically justifiable different paths.
So it will be interesting to see how some of the featurettes takes a look at how director Ryan Coogler found it in himself to rewrite the film to reflect the passing of Chadwick Boseman in a way that was respectful and allowed the other characters (and actors) to find a way to grow and honor the actor and character’s legacy.
Here’s what you can expect to see on the home entertainment edition of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever:”

- Passing the Mantle – Follow the evolution of the Black Panther through the films. In tracing Shuri, Ramonda, and Riri’s journeys through the film, this featurette explores what legacy ultimately means in Wakanda and how it will resonate with MCU viewers for years to come.
