Baskin Robbins on Victory Blvd in Burbank has been transformed into Starcourt Mall’s Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream parlor featured in Stranger Things 3. Along with the special edition ice cream flavors and sundaes, you can also purchase some Stranger Things merchandise like a Scoops Ahoy T-shirt, magnets, stickers and even a Steve Scoops Ahoy Funko! Pop.
The nautical themed takeover lasts for two weeks starting July 2. This location offers a drive-through but we suggest going inside as employees showcase their sailor hats and striped shirts dressed just like Steve who is employed at Scoops Ahoy. There’s even a cute ship booth to take a picture in.
Choose from Stranger Things themed ice creams treats including Upside Down Sundae, USS Butterscotch Fancy Cone, Elevenade Freeze and Demogorgon Sundae. We had the Upside Down Sundae featuring chocolate praline ice cream, caramel, nuts, marshmallow with a cherry on the bottom. SO GOOD. Visitors can also take home a Byers’ House Lights Polar Pizza Iced Cream treat or choose from your favorite Stranger Things collectible quarts.
What a fun concept! it’s a must-see and a must eat especially if you’re a fan of the show!!
