When it comes to gift giving, my husband is one of the hardest people to shop for. He is also very in to sleek, modern styling and trying to minimize clutter. When I was introduced to the Joy Factory’s new Zip USB Touch-n-go™ Multi-Charging Station, it met all this criteria to a T.
It features ports to charge up to 16 devices at a time! The adapters are very thin (comparable to a penny) and have short cables so they won’t get tangled. They are also magnetic, and so easy to connect onto the station. We did have to be careful at times, as the cables or short and if we moved our device that was charging slightly, sometimes the magnetic portion slid off the port and therefore wouldn’t charge our device. When connected properly, this charges great-just something to watch out for.
We were sent two Apple adapters and were able to use one of the included Micro USB charger adapters to test out it’s charging capability with three devices. I put my own test to see how well it performed in charging my iPad both solo and at the same time as two other devices and waited to see how long the iPad increased 10% in battery life. Here are my results:

I was pleased that it charged my iPad in an equal amount of time to the iPad charger. Charging three devices at once did slow down the overall charge time, but I expected this. I tend to charge my devices overnight, and even with low battery life on my iPad, it was always fully charged by the morning.
And what makes me the most happy about this device is that my husband likes it, too!
