‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ makes the move from theaters to DVD and Blu-ray on May 19. Expect bonus features and surprises as the blockbuster movie from Paramount Home Entertainment heads for its next stage. The movie will be available in digital form on March 31.
The digital, DVD and Blu-ray contain a new Sonic animated feature, deleted scenes, bloopers and a new music video.
The 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray combo packs include a limited edition comic book that chronicles an adventure with Sonic and The Donut Lord.
In the movie, Sonic the Hedgehog, voiced by Ben Schwartz, settles into his new home on Earth, but he knocks out the power grid and must confront the evil genius Dr. Robotnik, played by Jim Carrey, to stop his plan for world domination.
