Kidrobot, one of the major designer toy producers, has seen some changes in recent years. Just last year, the booth they were supposed to exhibit at San Diego Comic-Con was strangely absent and the company was purchased by NECA.

Straight out of the hit mobile game, Best Fiends, by Seriously comes the first slate of vinyl figures produced by Kidrobot. A limited run of the vinyl collectible Slug characters will launch at SDCC 2015, with more vinyl and plush figures slated to be released later in 2015.

Phunny is a new 8″ plush line that will be rolling out this August. The first wave of characters will be Gizmo, Stripe and Mohawk from the movie Gremlins.
These are not the only products that Kidrobot will be releasing this year. There are 8″ Dunny figures by artists Junko Mizuno, Scott Tolleson, WuzOne, Ron English and a 20″ Dunny by JRYU.
