My little munchkin and I attended a party at the London West Hollywood to celebrate the release of Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful Blu-ray combo. The hotel is also launching their beginning on June 22. The host of the party was Oz star Joey King (China Girl). Guests mingled with Joey as well as enjoyed finger sandwiches, tea and other beverages.
The Gordon Ramsay At The London restaurant is the perfect backdrop for this tea series. The atmosphere is enchanting and the inviting decor gives children a “grown up” feel at this “real tea party.” My daughter had an amazing time and I have to say the staff were super friendly and attentive to her requests. Plus, the staff looked adorable in their top hats and Glinda crowns! Families will enjoy the views from the restaurant as well as the wickedly delightful menu. Here is a glimpse of what is offered at an afternoon tea party:
- Wicked Witch Brew Juices for Munchkins
- Emerald City miniature sandwiches and canapes
- Flying Monkey Bite black currant and peanut butter scones
- A tower of Evanora & Theodora’s Wickedly Delicious sweet treats
- Glinda’s Bubbles (for adults only)
- A special satchel of treats from OZ (for the munchkins)
Planning a special birthday, play date or even a daddy/daughter day? Consider holding it at the the tea series at the London! The hotel is located right off the Sunset Strip. My daughter definitely wants to go back with a few friends. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make my daughter feel like a princess. I appreciated that! BTW, The themes of the tea series will change and I have an insider tip on what is next to come after OZ! Stay tuned.
