We took a quick tour of the Polaroid booth at CES this year and it seems that the retro look is very popular with a few of their products.
But before we get to those products, let’s take a look at the newest product from Polaroid, introducing the Polaroid Mint Instant Digital Camera and Printer. This all-in-one camera is compact and easy to carry. It prints 2” x 3” photos using ZINK zero ink technology. Features self-timer function, 16 megapixels, MicroSD card slot and automatic LED flash.
Currently available now in black, blue, red, white, yellow and retails for $99.99.
The Polaroid Mint Instant Digital Pocket Printer is a small, compact printer that fits in your pocket. It looks nearly identical to the Polaroid Mint Instant Digital Camera. Prints 2” x 3” photos in less than 60 seconds, using ZINK zero ink technology.
Print photos from your phone using the Polaroid Mint app available for iOS and Android devices. App includes editing features such as crop, filter effects, stickers, and more.
Currently available now in black, blue, red, white, yellow and retails for $129.99.
Polaroid’s line of Retro Bluetooth Speakers come in three different designs and four colors (black, pastel blue, pastel pink and pastel green). Built-in Bluetooth is compatible with all mobile devices iOS and Android devices. They are all compact and lightweight making them easy to travel with, especially if you are on-the-go.
The Polaroid PBT530 has a battery that lasts up to 6 hours on a single charge, with dual speakers that produce HD sound.
The Polaroid PBT533 has a built-in FM radio and a rechargeable battery that will last for hours. Has an easy grip handle.
The Polaroid PBT534 has an inspired design from the 1950’s transistor radios. Has easy to use control panel.
All are available now and retails between $20.00-$30.00.
The Polaroid PlaySmart 3D Printer is the newest 3D printer model from Polaroid, although it is not available in the United States. It is small, lightweight and affordable. 120 x 120 x 120mm print size. 200 megapixel camera for live monitoring from wherever you are. 3.5” LCD touchscreen. Compatible with Polaroid universal filament range. Print via SD card, USB, mobile app and WiFi. 2GB ROM for model storage and video playback. Available March 2019.
I do like the look of the Retro Bluetooth Speakers. I used to have an old radio that was similar to the Polaroid PBT533, that used to belong to my father, that I recently got rid of since it did not work anymore. The new Mint product line has a fun design and easy to use.
