Pack your sleeping bag and get ready for “The Sleepover” on Netflix on Aug. 21.
Join Clancy, played by Sadie Stanley, and her little brother, Kevin, played by Maxwell Simkins, as they discover the secret lives of their mom and dad.
Margot, played by Malin Akerman, Clancy and Kevin’s seemingly ordinary stay-at-home mom once was a high-end thief. Clancy and Kevin’s mom and dad have been living in a witness protection program, much to the surprise of the kids.
But Mom and Dad are kidnapped and coerced to pull off one more heist with one of Margot’s ex-flames, played by Joe Manganiello. Clancy and Kevin team up to rescue their parents during a night full of adventures.
“The Sleepover” is directed by Trish Sie from “Pitch Perfect 3.”
