I love to try different products all the time and figure out new ways to use them or simply to enhance what I am already using. One of my favorite summer time foods to make is stir fry! I add a few of my favorite flavors and put in what I like. I love to include fresh veggies, stir fry oil and Sunbird Asian packets.
- 3 TBSP Soy salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Pkg Sunbird beef and Broccoli
- 1 TBSP Stir fry oil (plain oil is fine if you don’t have this)
- 2 TBSP peanut
- ½ Cup Pork sliced thin
- ½ Cup onion
- ½ Cup Mushroom
- ½ Cup Red pepper
- ½ Cup Broccoli
- ½ Cup Celery
Prep all of your veggies and meat ahead of time as once you turn on the stove everything will happen very fast and will be complete in less than 10 minutes! Also prepare the Sun bird mix as on the directions adding in the red pepper flakes.
Add the oil to a skillet on Med high heat once up to temp add in the meat and and toss around for about 1 minute. Add in the mushrooms and onion and stir for another minute, add all the other veggies except broccoli. Stir for another 1-2 minutes and then add in the soy mixture, and broccoli. Toss it all around to coat the broccoli with the mix. You can add a little more water if the mixture is too thick you should have a little gravy. Add the peanuts and serve over white rice.
