Just in time for warm weather this Frozen Banana Margarita recipe is sure to cool you off. Heck I may be drinking these in the winter by the fire they are so tasty! Thanks to Robin at Mass Hole Mommy for sharing this delicious recipe!
- Approximately 6 cups of ice cubes (the amount may vary a little based on the size of your blender). Basically just go ahead and fill your blender about 3/4 full with ice!
- 1/2 cup of triple sec
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 2 large or 3 small ripe bananas (I cut out the brown spots on mine)
- 1/4 granulated sugar
- 1 can of frozen limeade, which you can find in the frozen juice section at the grocery store
- About a teaspoon of lemon juice (I usually just eyeball it)
Blend until mixed, serve and enjoy! And trust me, you will. Feel free to garnish with a little slice of pineapple or lemon to make it look pretty.
