A new version of Boba Fett was released on Star Wars Day – May 4th. This one is a Battle Worn version and is available in mini and medium sizes.
I’ve continued with my monthly Tsum Tsum Subscription Box, and I have to say that the offerings, designs and characters have gotten better. The first few since the launch of the subscription were not very impressive. The last few have been great: The Lion King – February box, Dumbo – March box and The Jungle Book – April box. My subscription box for May arrived just in time, since the theme of this one matches the new Disney movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass. A small Alice and mini Dinah is in this month’s box. I’m going to guess that the next subscription box for the month of June will be from Finding Dory.
I’ve seen quite a few Frozen and Zootopia ones at Target, as well as, some Star Wars and Avengers – Series 1.
Tsum Tsum Collections based on the rides at the Disney Parks, like The Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean and cars from other attractions have been released. Look for a collection inspired by the attractions and characters from Fantasyland to be released this Summer 2016. There have been three teased: Mr. Toad, Carousel Horse and It’s A Small World Hippo, with the possibility of two additional still to be revealed.
If you have been playing the Tsum Tsum mobile game like I have, then you know that they have added Star Wars Tsum Tsum to the game.
• Luke Skywalker, Yoda, R2-D2 and Darth Vader are available in the Premium Box until June 19th.
• C-3PO and a Special Pin are available by clearing missions and completing the card in Part 1 of the Star Wars Event, until May 30th.
• Princess Leia and a Special Pin are available by clearing missions and completing the card in Part 2 of the Star Destroyer Attack! event, from June 1st – June 19th.
• Complete both cards and get another Special pin.
