Tree by Kerri Lee, a NY-state based artisan, has created the newest decorating addition to our household. Her handcrafted wooden elephant clock is simply adorable! Measuring at 12″ wide x 10″ tall, it is handpainted wood with clock numbers printed on natural wood and a saw tooth hanger on back to hang from a nail. It has Quartz clock movement and runs on one AA battery. The clock retails for $50 and you can go to www.treebykerrilee.com to find out where to buy one in your area.
Tree by Kerri Lee offers an entire line of baby gifts and room accessories that are vintage-inspired yet modern for today’s parents and children. The company is made up of talented,hard-working artisans who make ‘good baby goods’ in a century-old general store building, just two hours from New York City.

And as Janice May Udry says in her 1956 Caldecott award-winning children’s book A Tree is Nice:
“Trees are very nice. They fill up the sky. They go beside the rivers and down the valleys. They live up on the hills. Trees make the woods. They make everything beautiful… “
