Your entire Disney movie collection will be at your fingertips with Disney’s online service ‘Disney Movies Anywhere.’ It is a free app and website where you can purchase and watch movies from your favorite devices, anywhere, anytime … as long as you are connected!
I recently attended a media presentation at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank to learn more about the user-family-friendly app. But, I assure you that you won’t need to attend a presentation to get started. Setting up your account is simple and as a member you will be rewarded with exclusive perks!
Registering is a piece of cake. Do you already have a Disney account? Then you have access to Disney Movies Anywhere. If you don’t have an account, then sign up at www.disneymoviesanywhere.com from your desktop (PC and MAC) or download the app. You can find the app at the Apple App Store, the Amazon app store, Google Play Store, the Xbox App Marketplace, or Roku Streaming Channels Store.
Once you load the app, you can purchase titles, add titles, discover special content (The menu bar is a breeze to navigate) and start collecting points for rewards.
I received a Digital HD code for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, I entered the code and within seconds it was added to My collection. Have you recently purchased a Disney Blu-ray combo pack? Your purchase includes a Digital HD code. Enter that code through the app and it will forever be in your account! It’s like magic! Did you purchase movies through your iTunes, Google Play, Vudu or Amazon Video service? No problem.
