The 3rd Annual Rooftop Cinema Night, a complimentary movie series, takes place Saturday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept., 26. Thanks to the South Lake Business Association and cinema night success of previous years, thousands are expected. Under the bright and starry skies, families and friends can enjoy celebrated imaginary action blockbusters Avatar (Sept. 12) and Sci-Fi thriller, Tron: Legacy (Sept. 26) in a unique open-air setting.
Arrive by 6 p.m. to a Pasadena favorite DJ spin, while enjoying family-friendly activities like neon airbrush artists, glitter tattoos and ping pong. Feast with renowned food trucks such as Korean/Mexican Kogi (Sept. 12 only), award-winning Pie n’ Burger (Sept. 26 only), California’s leading dessert truck Waffles De Liege (Sept. 26 only), and the sophisticated chophouse Del Frisco’s Grille will be on site with food and beverages available for purchase.
