It’s been millions of years since real dinosaurs roamed through Los Angeles and Orange counties. The Jurassic Quest Drive Thru will bring dinosaurs back to the Rose Bowl, OC Fair & Event Center and the Fairplex in Pomona.
The Jurassic Quest Drive Thru experience brings more than 70 photorealistic dinosaurs to the Southern California venues in January and February. It is part of a countrywide exhibit making its way through Los Angeles and Orange counties.
One of the dinosaurs in the Jurassic Quest Drive Thru is the 50-foot-long Megalodon. Another is the 80-foot-long Spinosaurus. The realistic scenes allow guests to experience the dinosaurs roaming freely while riding safely in their vehicles.
More than 300,000 vehicles and 1.5 million people have experienced the Jurassic Quest Drive Thru during the national tour which launched in July in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, San Antonio, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Detroit, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Ft. Lauderdale and Houston.
An audio tour is available in English and Spanish and special accommodations are available for those who are hearing impaired. The hour-long drive-thru experience is $49 per vehicle with eight passengers or less.
In addition to the dinosaur exhibits, opportunities to visit with baby dinosaurs and dino trainers and take safari-style photos are available. One photo per family is included with the ticket purchase.
The Jurassic Quest Drive Thru will be at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena from Jan. 15-31. It will be at the OC Fair & Event Center from Feb. 5-14 and the Fairplex in Pomona from Feb. 19-28.
