The I.T. gang checked out the 15th Annual Kidspace Pumpkin Fest earlier this month. Our little ones had such a great time. The festival was spread out over two days and took place at The Kidspace Children’s Museum right outside the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
The event featured a line-up of impressive entertainers. Teagan started off the day banging a djembe at the Remo Drum Circle tent. Izzy was fascinated by Ballet Folklorico Nuhuatzen featuring traditional dance and dazzling costumes.
The pumpkin patch was certainly toddler sized. There were plenty of tiny pumpkins for the little ones and bigger pumpkins for those who choose to carry them around. The patch was “fenced in” by big bales of hay so you didn’t have to worry about the kids wandering off.
Children’s crafts, face painting, petting zoo and bounce houses were just some of the activities included at the Kidspace Pumpkin Fest! Admission is free but you had to buy tickets to enjoy the festival food and fun. And speaking of food, the selection was yummy. Teagan enjoyed a juicy In-N-Out Burger and Tee had a fish taco from Rubios.
We definitely recommend this event and look forward to next year’s Pumpkin Fest.
