Ticket sales have launched for FAHMFest, a 2-day festival in LA, celebrating Filipino-American history and benefitting first responders. The event happens October 16-17, 2021.
The event will be held outside at the Outer Harbor Berth 46 in San Pedro, California, a space which is over 500,000 square feet. FAHMFest will completely transform the historic Port of Los Angeles to celebrate the country of the 7,640 islands and the immersive elements that make it so special.
Inspired by Filipino culture, FAHMFest is a one-of-a-kind festival that brings together music, food, art, and fashion featuring Filipino influenced food vendors, music artists, art and fashion designers.
Expect spectacular live music performances from headline artists, local artists and beloved newcomers, such as EZ Mil, DJ Icy Ice, Tenelle, Gabe Bondoc, Jeremy Passion & Melissa Polinar with more headliners to be announced at a later date.
The festival will celebrate Asian culture, with various “districts” like Filipinotown, Koreatown, and Chinatown built across the festival, so attendees can get an authentic taste of Asia- curated by popular chefs and restaurants in the local community.
Cultural folk performers will be dancing throughout the festival all weekend long showcasing a diverse collection of local art and pop-up installations.
FAHMFest is a family-friendly environment, and welcomes people from all walks of life. Along with the other attractions, there will be a ferris wheel, carnival games, and activities for children to enjoy. A split schedule means 11am-4pm will cater for all ages and 5pm-11pm will be for 18s and over.
