I try to avoid drinks for my family which are overloaded with sugar and other unnatural chemicals. It is isn’t always easy with a 16 year old. She LOVES soda and energy drinks. I received each flavor to try out. The grape was my favorite it was very light and refreshing. Adeline was excited to try something that was in a can but she decided that she didn’t like the bubbles. I would say that these drinks are better for older children and adults. Even my 16 year old daughter agreed that she loved the taste of the grape even it was good for you!

The coconut water is more of a sports drink. It contains L-Carnitine and Chromium to help fuel your body. This drink would be a great replacement for after a workout instead of a traditional sports drink. The coconut flavor is very light and it is refreshing. Although these drinks are better for you than soda they still contain as many calories as a soda. The grape has 159 per 8.4 oz and the apple has 129. In my opinion these drinks are a healthy alternative to a sugary juice drink or a soda but should still be considered a treat.
