When I was young and even now as a mom I am surprisingly not a fan of ice cream, but what I do enjoy is a refreshing cold Italian Ice! When the weather is hot and I really need something to cool off I always turn to Italian ice because there is something about this tasty little treat that just brings a smile to my face. Not only do I eat it right out of the cup but I remember also breaking out my snoopy snow cone machine and re-shaving it just for fun! I have tried many different brands of Italian ice but there is nothing like the old favorite Luigi’s Real Italian Ice!
Luigi’s has so many flavors to choose from and the ice seems to hold its shape longer; as if Luigi’s ice has a longer melting rate. I recently hosted a party at my house and served several different flavors of the Italian ice to the children. The weather was hot and the children were refreshed after devouring their favorite flavored Italian Ice. Luigi’s Real Italian Ice has been around for a long time and it was nice to see the kids sharing in the same enjoyment I used to have. The cotton candy flavor is one off their new line, and it was delicious! The kids also loved it as well as the Blue Raspberry, sour apple, cherry and lemon!
