Celebrate magical events at Disney Store Northridge on July 29!!
The newly designed Disney Store at Northridge is an open and contemporary design and does a great job of showcasing our authentic Disney products. The new store design lets Disney Consumer Products showcase all their brands – Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars under one roof!
There will be more opportunities for interactivity and community than ever before. There is even a designated “Play Room” in the new store and Cast Member-led activities will also still occur throughout the year.
One of the most exciting features of the new store design is the “LIVE from Disney Parks.” This will allow Guests an opportunity to see Main Street at Disneyland. It’s the perfect opportunity to see the parades with the best views every single day at Disney Store.
Additional key elements of the new design:
- Product first: In this prototype, our product truly stands out as the hero within the open and contemporary design.
- Flexibility: The fluid layout allows all of our brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars) to star as a feature anywhere in the store
- Immersive and personalized: Guest experience is enhanced through our Cast Members and digital interactions, such as our daily Welcome Celebration, Play Area and LIVE from Disney Parks
GRAND OPENING of Disney Store at Northridge Fashion Center – Saturday, July 29, 2017
- 10 a.m. | Disney Store Grand Opening Ceremony. The first 500 guests will receive a free gift.*

- Noon – 4 p.m. | Meet and Greet with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in the lower level center court. Guests are encouraged to bring their cameras.*
*Characters alternate every 30 minutes. Character appearances are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
