Go Little Tokyo, Little Tokyo Community Council’s community-based small business marketing initiative, is pleased to announce the 7th annual Delicious Little Tokyo, returning to Downtown Los Angeles’ most historic and favorite foodie community on Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26, 2022.
The immersive, two-day event presents new ways to indulge in authentic culinary experiences with a History of Little Tokyo Food Tour, and three deliciously themed, self-guided foodie tours including J-Town Treats & Eats, Matcha Mania and Little Tipsy Tokyo. Sip and snack your way through the iconic neighborhood while discovering Little Tokyo’s most beloved restaurants.

History of Little Tokyo Food Tour
Saturday, June 25, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. & Sunday, June 26, 2 p.m.
In partnership with Little Tokyo Historical Society and the Japanese American National Museum (JANM), guests will have the opportunity to experience Little Tokyo’s rich culinary history from past to present while savoring traditional Japanese delicacies.
J-Town Treats & Eats
Saturday, June 25, 1-3 p.m.
Take a culinary journey reminiscent of walking through the streets of Japan featuring four sweet and savory stops and two legacy business Japanese gift shops ending at the new Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center overlooking the James Irvine Japanese Garden.
Matcha Mania
Saturday, June 25, 1-3 p.m.
Get your green tea fix with the matcha-themed tour featuring four tasty confections. Discover the creative ways that Little Tokyo’s modern and historical businesses utilize this culturally significant ingredient that dates back nearly a thousand years to Japan’s ancient history.
Little Tipsy Tokyo
Sunday, June 26, 12-2 p.m.
Sip and saunter through Little Tokyo while celebrating Sunday Funday with Delicious Little Tokyo’s 21+ event highlighting unique cocktail creations and tasty bites from five of the neighborhood’s most beloved imbibing establishments.
J-Town Bingo
Saturday, June 25 & Sunday, June 26, 12-4 p.m.
New this year, Little Tokyo presents J-Town Bingo inviting guests of all ages to participate in activities throughout the neighborhood at their leisure with the J-Town Bingo card. Join in the fun for the chance to spin the wheel and win exclusive prizes.
